This boutique farm and ceramic artistry have bundled the sensory pleasures of the rare spice saffron, fragrant lavender, and olives with bespoke ceramics. The farm has spectacular vistas towards the snow-capped Hartz mountains and overlooks the Glen Huon Valley and Huon River. The farm features a farmgate shop/gallery where visitors can taste their Extra Virgin Olive Oil and lavender tea and purchase their "Delicious" Award-winning saffron products, culinary lavender, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and bespoke lavender and ceramics made on the farm.
